Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

- 1 cup instant oats
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- pecans to top as desired
- pomegranate seeds OR dried cranberries to top as desired
- milk to top as desired
Bring water to boil and add oats and chia seeds. Add pumpkin puree. Cook about 1-2 minutes until water has evaporated to desired consistency. Turn off heat.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix.
Plate and add pecans, pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries, and milk if desired
