Peanut Butter Granola (No Bake)

Soft, delicious peanut butter granola, perfect for a yogurt parfait or on its own!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled or instant oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
  • Mix ingredients in medium bowl and pour into pan. Press down with spatula. Let chill in refridgerater for 2 or more hours, covered.
  • After chilled, remove parchment paper with granola and start slicing into small squares. Granola will crumble as you slice. Pour into air tight container or bag and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
