Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad
Easy and tangy chicken salad made with Greek yogurt and lemon
Course: lunch, Main Course
- 3 cups cooked chicken roughly cubed (See Note 1)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 stalks celery sliced lengthwise and finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup seedless grapes quartered (measure after chopping)
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- This could be rotisserie chicken (my favorite quick option!), baked, air-fried or really any cooked chicken that is just seasoned with salt and pepperĀ
