Air Fryer Red Potatoes

Soft on the inside, crisp on the outside red potatoes with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes (about 5-6 medium potatoes)
  • 2 Tbsp oil avocado, olive, or other neutral oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 425 (18-20 min). Wash, dry, and chop potatoes into large cubes (about 2 inches)
  • Place potatoes in large bowl and add oil, salt, garlic powder, and dried rosemary. Mix.
  • When air fryer is preheated, add potatoes. Mix 1-2 times while cooking. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until browned and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you'd like the potatoes to cook faster, simply cut into smaller pieces (about 1 inch cubes) and air fry until browned and crisp
