Have you ever had no idea what to have for a work lunch or been sick of your regular options? Most people I work with run into this at some point or another, and these wraps are usually one of the first things I recommend! They take minimal effort, no cooking, and you can change up the flavors/toppings day to day.

You can do this recipe with most salad kits, but I have 3 here for an example. I’ll let you know what I pair with each, but there are endless options!

I love adding rotisserie chicken here to create a chicken Caesar salad wrap, but it’s great with deli meat as well!

With the southwest salad I added black beans (and avocado), but you could also do the rotisserie chicken here.

I meant to get a Mediterranean salad as the 3rd, but it was out of stock so sunflower crunch was a great alternative! I added lunch meat to this one, but again it can be versatile with the protein added.

The Wrap Ideas for Lunch (3 ways) are a pretty balanced meal, but you could always add some fruit and/or chips for some crunchy satisfaction. This one is up to you if you’d like to add/what to add!

I know we are all so busy and my goal is usually for food to take up less brain space. This is why it’s important that you have quick and easy recipe options! Salad kits are a great base to achieve this. We will need to add to the salad kit, but it can help to cut out some decision fatigue in the process. This Caesar Pasta Salad is another great option to try.

I’m glad you asked! I know it can get overwhelming to be excited about a recipe, then have to scroll through a seemingly never-ending life story before finally finding the recipe. I started to notice it becoming a difficulty for some of my nutrition counseling clients. So that’s why I’ve created No Guilt Nutrition Recipes – a place where finding the actual recipe isn’t so difficult or cumbersome. Usually the recipe is hidden in a blog post or you have to pay a subscription to see the recipe quickly, but here you’ll find it first on the page!

No Guilt Nutrition recipes are definitely not the only thing you can eat if you are eating intuitively (really, you can eat anything that you want/feels good to your body!), but I noticed there are way too many diet culture entrenched recipes out there. These recipes give you delicious food without potentially triggering numbers or diet talk. They also provide a gentle nutrition approach by encouraging balance in your meals without having strict requirements for what that may look like.
