Valentine’s Toast
The perfect quick and fun Valentine’s Day breakfast, especially for a weekday! You can choose any bread you like best, then we’ll add peanut butter, sliced banana and berries, chocolate strawberry granola, and add a drizzle of honey to the top.
It’s ready in 5 minutes, it’s festive, and has a nice balance of nutrients to keep you satisfied!
Valentine’s Day Breakfast
Equipment
- Toaster
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 3-5 strawberries sliced
- 1/4 chocolate strawberry granola See Note 1
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Toast bread and let cool slightly. Add sliced banana and strawberries to each slice
- Crumble granola on top of toast, using smaller pieces. Drizzle honey on top and enjoy!

Other Valentine’s Day Breakfast Ideas
Heart Shaped Pancakes + Berries
Use a metal heart shaped cookie cutter, or simply pour the batter out in a heart shape! Then add peanut butter, yogurt, or syrup and top with strawberries or raspberries.
Strawberry Overnight Oats
Overnight oats, but with festive colors! You can add frozen berries the night before, or fresh the day you’ll eat it. You can even try adding a bit of strawberry jam for some extra sweetness and color!
Nutella Crepes
A sweet and decadent breakfast, Nutella crepes are a great way to turn a weekday Valentine’s Day breakfast into an experience that will “wow” your loved ones.
Quiche
Though it’s not red or heart shaped, making a quiche can still be a fun meal for Valentine’s Day breakfast to say “I love you!”
