- High power blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce See Note 1
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy on a salad, on a sandwich or as a dip!
Notes
- Chipotle peppers in adobo will be canned. You can add more if more spice is desired!Â

Greek Yogurt: Our first creamy ingredient! You could do all mayo if you prefer, but the Greek yogurt adds some extra flavor that goes well with the lime. And it adds a bit of protein!
Mayo: Our other creamy ingredient to ground the flavor.
Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce: This is our star of the recipe and adds the kick and flavor we’re looking for in a chipotle sauce. You’ll find the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce canned with the other authentic cultural foods in the grocery store.
Lime Juice: To add more zesty flavor, we definitely want to have the lime juice. No optional ingredients in this recipe!

So obviously we just have the sauce here and even though I’m calling it a salad dressing, it can be used in multiple ways

- Use as a dip for veggies or chips

You get the idea! And even though we will need a meal to go with this of course, the sauce really is what will elevates the flavor of these dishes.
